Carly is the APAC Host of Let’s Talk Loyalty, Co-Founder of WiiN Global, and a Founding Board Member of IMA MEAPAC. A Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP), she applies behavioural insight to drive member value and ROI.
BACKGROUND
Early years, Carly worked as a part-time Specialist Maths and Physics tutor, and before entering the loyalty industry, her career in financial lending developed an analytical and customer-focused mindset that would later shape her approach to loyalty strategy.
For the past seven years, Carly has shared her expertise as a tutor in the ALA Education Course, teaching Commercialisation in Loyalty. Carly now combines her early passion for numbers with her deep experience in loyalty—bringing data, insight, and retention strategies together to elevate the industry.

She specialises in applying the principles of loyalty economics to build programs that deliver both customer engagement and measurable profitability. An expert in gift card and stored-value ecosystems, Jodie has led the design and optimisation of programs that drive growth across margin, procurement, promotion, and third-party distribution. Her work combines strategic insight with operational precision — turning loyalty mechanics into scalable, high-return commercial models.
